Terms and Conditions for AspectCart E-shop Builder Free Trial

Welcome to AspectCart! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AspectCart E-shop Builder's 15-day free trial service ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Free Trial Offer

2.1 Trial Period

  • AspectCart offers a 15-day free trial ("Trial Period") for any e-shop built by the AspectCart E-shop Builder starting from the date you create the trial e-shop.
  • During the Trial Period, you will have access to all features of the AspectCart E-shop in order to be acquainted with it and its functions and features. You cannot make sales with the trial version.

2.2 Eligibility

  • The free trial is available to new customers only and is limited to one trial per individual or organization.
  • Existing customers or those who have previously held a trial are not eligible.

3. E-shop Creation

There is no need to register an account to create an e-shop. However, you have to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the e-shop creation process.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Subscription After Trial

4.1 Manual Renewal

  • At the end of the 15-day Trial Period, you will be notified to convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the Trial Period ends.
  • Your payment method will be charged according to the pricing plan you have selected [https://aspectcart.com/plans].

4.2 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your free trial subscription at any time during the Trial Period by contacting our customer support [sales@aspectcart.com].
  • Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of the Trial Period.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems or networks.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the AspectCart E-shop Builder are owned by AspectCart or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for personal or business purposes during the Trial Period.

7. Limitation of Liability

AspectCart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AspectCart, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

AspectCart reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the Registered Office of AspectSoft, located in Xanthi, Greece.
